Turn-by-turn directions

Start of the trail is by Prätschli. From there, you'll find "Heidi & Gigi" signs leading you towards the middle station of the Weisshorn Gondola. Reaching the middle station continue on the winter trail towards Hörnli. Reaching the top you can either continue to Arosa or take the Hörnli Express down to Inner Arosa.

There are many options for short cuts along the way. You can take the Weisshorn Gondola for the first part or avoid hiking almost completely by taking the Hörnli Express.

Public transport

Public-transport-friendly

Arriving by train in Chur, switch to the Arosa Train. Approx. 1 hour later you'll arrive in Arosa. From there you can take the free local bus to Prätschli or Hörnli. Another option is to take the Gondola right from the train station.

Getting there

Highway A13 to Chur, get off at Nr. 17 Chur Süd, follow the signs to Arosa. There is only one road.

Parking

There are limited parking spaces at the village entry.
