Ausganspunkt des romantischen Winterwanderweges ist der Bahnhof Grüsch. Entlang des Taschinabaches gelangen sie hinunter bis zur Talsohle, wo Sie den Bach überqueren und etwas oberhalb des Hotel Grüsch über eine kleine Brücke auf die andere Talseite hinunter zum Fluss Landquart wandern. Über die weiten Felder, die man in Grüsch "Schwellenen" nennt, wandern Sie auf einem romantischen Feldweg der von kleinen Ställen gesäumt wird. Mitten in den Schwellenen führt der Weg linkerhand wieder in Richtung Dorf und zurück zum Bahnhof.
