From Falera to Ladir there is a cozy family-friendly walk. The starting point of this tour is in Falera. From this beautiful Grisons village the path leads west across lush meadows, then through the shady forest to Val Cafegns. From here you climb up to the shack Laneras. Continue the hike without any significant slope over Prau Davon to Bual. Magnificent here is the view into the Foppa and the surrounding area. Down the valley it goes to Ladir.
In Ladir, the holiday home Lazy Mountain with its sun terrace and Grisons kitchen invites you to linger.
We start our hike from the parking lot at the village entrance of Falera. We cross the small village on the main road to the signpost 373. From here we continue past small huts through the forest towards Ladir. On about half of the way we cross the Caurasbach, which makes its way down to the Rhine. Now it's easy to go uphill. From the Prau We leave the forest and walk along the field down to Ladir. For the way home we walk the same way back to Falera.
