Von Andeer startend geht es auf den historischen Pfaden der ViaSpluga Richtung Splügen, vorbei an der Rofflaschlucht bis kurz vor den Sufner Stausee. Vom Abzweiger ab der ViaSpluga bis unmittelbar zum Lai Lung sind 500 Höhenmeter in einem Kilometer zu bewältigen. Belohnt wird man durch den idyllisch gelegenen Bergsee mit einem schönen Bergpanorama. Richtung Promischur laufend, immer nahe der Waldgrenze, passiert man den kleineren Bergsee Lai Ner und die kleinen Maiensässe Pastgaglias, Molas und Burtgas. Von Promischur geht es abwärts Richtung Magun und Cagliatscha. Der Höhenweg Golera biegt oberhalb der Ruine Cagliatscha nochmals in einen fantastischen Singletrail ab und führt die Trailrunner über verschiedene Schlaufen zurück nach Andeer.
