Die Tour startet im Dorf Lenzerheide und führt über Crapera auf einem schönen Trail zur Mittelstation Scharmoin. In Scharmoin angekommen, ist der grösste Teil der Höhenmeter bereits geschafft. Der Panoramaweg ab Scharmoin führt vorbei am Speichersee und mit schönem Panorama Richtung Parpan. Beim Restaurant Tschugga geht es abwärts ins Dorf. Ab Parpan geht es durch den Wald Richtung Valbella und zum Schluss dem Heidsee entlang nach Lenzerheide.
