he trail is located on a circular route in the Parsenn Davos Klosters area. The Parsenn cable car takes you from Davos to the Weissfluhjoch. From Klosters you can get to the Gotschnagrat with the Gotschnabahn. Alternatively, the route can also be started from there.
Author’s recommendation
Trail with exit option at the Gotschnabahn Klosters. 360° degree view.
From the Weissfluhjoch, the trail descends to the Kreuzweg, to the Parsennfurka junction. Serpentine rock characterises the ground up to this point and thus demands the attention of every runner. Now follows the counter ascent to the mountain station of the Seetäli lift. The single trail that then runs parallel to the grade is unique and rewards every runner with the magnificent view over the entire Prättigau with the Schweizertor, Rätikon, Madrisa and the Silvretta Group. A plateau with lush alpine flowers characterises the next section of the trail up to Grüenhöreli.
Here begins a technically demanding trail past the "Steinmänndli", which is well worth seeing, to the Gotschna mountain station. Here runners have the option of either leaving the trail and taking the Gotschna cable car to Klosters and then the train back to Davos Dorf, or continuing on the easy trail to the Parsennhütte.
The subsequent Paroramatrail back to the middle station of the Parsenn cable car, the Höhenweg, forms a liberating conclusion to this varied high-altitude trail, which is suitable for both experienced and less experienced trail runners.
