With snowshoes, it goes from Falera to Curnius on literally big foot through the winter.
Falera has been inhabited for over 3000 years. At that time, Falera was a very important sanctuary. The megalithic plant - one of the largest of its kind in Switzerland - is today proof of that. The church of St. Remigius is the landmark of Falera. Am destination we can expect the cozy mountain hut Tegia Curnius which invites you to linger and sunbathing with its large sun terrace.
In the Tegia Curnius, try the grison specialty "homemade maluns with alpine cheese and apple sauce"
Well-functioning snowshoes, sticks with winter plates, good footwear, winter-proof clothing
