From the Runca Höhe, the Runca Trail can be ridden as early as spring in optimal weather conditions. The trail offers plenty of variety for experienced riders, but also for beginners with their first trail experience.

You start at the Flims valley station, where the chairlift takes you to Foppa. From here you get via Punt da Max to the Runca Höhe where you enter the last third and snow-free part of the Runca Trail.

The trail is aimed at all bikers who are in the easy to medium difficulty range. Enthusiastic bike beginners with their first trail experiences cruise over easy obstacles such as rollers - whereas experienced freestylers chase at speed over more challenging jumps.

The numerous rollers, berms and jumps make the Runca Flowtrail an experience in a class of its own for all mountain bikers. The new riding surface and the many structures ensure a "flowy" trail with good grip even when the track is wet.
