From the sun-kissed Val Müstair through the wild and wide Val Mora to Lago di S. Giacomo di Fraéle, further on via Alpisella with a final descent to Livigno. 2 passes, 2 lakes, the intact nature and challenging trails characterize the 2nd stage of the e-mountain bike tour "National Park Region".

The second stage of the e-mountain bike tour "National Park Region" leads down the valley to the entrance to Val Vau. On the first long ascent towards Döss Radond, the forest dominates the landscape. The fascinating rock face with the waterfall as the outlet of the Lai da Rims in the south makes the ascent through the Val Vau an entertaining and attractive section. From Döss Radond, you find yourself in the very extensive, wild Val Mora and enjoy the relaxed continuation of the journey to the alp of the same name, before the subsequent trail to Lago San Giacomo di Fraéle demands full concentration. After a loop around the lake and over the dam, the trail continues towards Alpisella, the second pass on this tour. A break at the pass will compensate for the strain of the ascent as well as the following descent to Lago di Livigno.
