All Mountain: Arosa - Scheidegg - Arosa
Mountainbiking
· Arosa Lenzerheide
A good training track for all those who like it a bit more technically demanding, but still don't want to take any risks.
moderate
Distance 15 km
On the one hand the route can be driven from the Ochsenalp. On the other hand you can turn off at the red step. The route from Ochsenalp is a bit more strenuous, but you have a nice piece of single trail as well. Maybe the first part has to be pushed a few meters. Over the red step the whole route is well rideable.
Author’s recommendation
A stop at Ochsenalp is a must. In addition, it is essential to walk up to the Hauptichopf (2 minutes) next to the tour and enjoy the breathtaking view of Arosa!

The Arosa Railway twitches like a tram through Chur, past the city wall, the Malteser Tower and the Obertor, the landmark of the capital of Graubünden. But soon it's over with the city stroll on rails. At the city border, the Arosa Railway turns into a mountain railway and winds its way through the wild Schanfigger Valley up to the famous holiday resort of Arosa. On the only 26 km long route, the train climbs over a thousand metres.Getting there
From Chur it takes about 40 minutes on a winding road uphill. The Schanfiggerstrasse meanders through the valley and overcomes 1320m altitude difference on 30km and 360 curves.Parking
Right next to the starting point is the Ochsenbühl multi-storey car park, where you can park for CHF 6.00 a day.Coordinates
