Von Samnaun mit den Bergbahnen oder per Muskelkraft zum Viderjoch und über die Österreichische Grenze zur Heidelberger Hütte, über den Fimberpass gelangt man wieder in das Val Sinestra und schliesslich über das Engadinerdorf Sent zum Etappenziel Scuol.
