The classic for the whole family: on the way up to the Edelweisshütte, a view all the way to the Dreibündenstein is in store for adults while Brambi the squirrel is there for children on Chur’s home mountain, the Brambrüesch.

From the top station of the Brambrüesch gondola, the route passes the bergbaiz (restaurant) and the Brambus-Center. From there the hike leads through forest sections and across beautiful clearings with magnificent views upwards. The peaks above Lenzerheide, including the Parpaner Rothorn, mark the horizon. The landscape is particularly idyllic near Seznis, where the view reaches up to the Dreibündenstein (2160 m). The Edelweisshütte marks the highest point of the hike. The direct return path from the hut back to Brambrüesch runs along a wide forest road through a longer section of forest.

In addition, there is a special theme trail for children: Brambi, the squirrel from the illustrated book by Anita Hächler and Mike Wielath, accompanies the children telling stories and showing illustrations on boards along the entire loop trail.

first walk to the mountain restaurant berg.baiz at the bottom of the t-bar lift. From there, follow the signs "Brambi-Weg". Once you have arrived at the Edelweisshütte, you can take a break and recover on the large sun terrace. Those who want to continue with the climb can also take a detour to the Malixeralp. The direct way back from the hut to the Brambrüesch follows a wide path and is easy to walk.
