The Via Capricorn leads in 3 stages across the area of the Safien-Rheinwald ibex colony. On the 3rd day you climb steeply up to Alperschälli. In the region of the ibexes you will find crystal-clear mountain lakes and enjoy the view down to Schams.

Author’s recommendation

At weekends from July to October the alpin Beverin bus runs from Wergenstein up to the Anorosa Alp (Tguma car park). With this possibility the walk can be shortened by a few kilometres and especially a lot of elevation. www.busalpin.ch
