The tour starts at the Surlej bridge and first leads past the small lake Lej Ovis-chel up into the forest. Keeping to the right and following the wide path, you pass above Surlej and below the Corvatsch cable car. Shortly afterwards, the path branches off to the right and down a little before turning left towards the waterfall and Lake Silvaplana. The path then leads leisurely past the Crap da Sass castle back to the Surlej bridge.
