La Riserva forestale, una delle più vaste della Svizzera, si estende su due vallate ed è possibile visitarla unicamente a piedi. A "tec" inizia il sentiero per la val Leggia, ripida e selvaggia, ma anche molto romantica. Per la val Cama si parte da Ogreda. Dopo un'impegnativa salita, ci troviamo in una stupenda valle bucolica dove si trova il noto Lagh de Cama a quota 1200 metri.
