The circuit tour of the Rhine Gorge is an extended but rewarding day trip with numerous viewpoints along the Rhine Gorge, the beautiful Cresta Lake and the confluence of the Rhine.

The circular tour around the Rhine Gorge from Chur includes numerous highlights and is extremely varied. At the beginning of the route, you cross the Rhine twice at Reichenau, where the Vorderrhein and Hinterrhein rivers meet. After Bonaduz, the spectacular road follows above the Rhine Gorge via Versam, Valendas, Castrisch to Ilanz. The Zault and Spitg viewing platforms reveal magnificent views of the natural wonder of the Rhine Gorge. On the way back, after the climb to Laax, there is a beautiful section through the Flimserwald forest and to the Conn lookout tower, from where a sensational panorama of the Rhine Gorge opens up from high above. The next highlight is Lake Cresta, before the return trip via Trin, Tamins and Felsberg back to the Alpine City of Chur.

Von Chur aus auf der Graubünden Route 6 bis nach Domat/Ems. Am Rand des Golfplatzes entlang Richtung Bahnhof Reichenau. Dort der Rhein Route 2 folgen über Bonaduz entlang der Rheinschlucht bis nach Ilanz. In Ilanz der Bikeroute 260 (Rheinschluchttour) folgen bis ins Dorf Sagogn. Von dort auf der Bergstrasse über Vitg Dado aufwärts bis zur Einmündung in die Hauptstrasse nach Laax. Dieser folgen bis zum Kreisel beim Stausee. Von dort weg der Bikeroute Graubünden 90 folgen Richtung Trin. Vor Conn abzweigen und zum Aussichtspunkt und Restaurant Conn fahren. Anschliessend zurück auf die Bikeroute Graubünden 90 und via Crestasee bis nach Trin Mulin. Dort über die Strasse nach Trin Dorf und dieses durchqueren. Vor der Einfahrt in die Hauptstrasse nach Tamins diese unterqueren und kurz später wieder auf der Bikeroute Graubünden 90 weiterfahren bis ins Dorf Tamins. Im Dorfzentrum auf die Rhein Route 2 wechseln und dieser bis zurück nach Chur folgen.
