The trail in the car-free high valley Bargis at about 1550 m above sea level. M. is surrounded by forest, imposing rocks and mountains. It leads right into the peaceful mountains at the foot of Piz Dolf and Ringelspitz (Romansh: Piz Barghis).

The trail, which is easy to walk even for beginners, leads us first into the valley and past hut with thick snow caps. Then it goes right along the deep frozen mountain stream "Aua da Mulins" almost to the starting point. There you can either return to the starting point or you take the other cross-country trail under the cross-country skis. On the other side of the creek, it goes back into Bargistal and after a short climb to Alp Bargis. Two long loops lead us back to the starting point, which is located at the entrance to the bus stop and restaurant.
