The route from Conn to Prau la Selva can be run as a demanding extension of the trail to Conn or vice versa as a starting line from the sports center. Either way, it offers a maximum of nature, peace and active recreation for mind and soul. It is quite possible that we will encounter a deer or hare here, or at least find their tracks. The ascents and descents are long, but not dangerous, and each bend gives new, fascinating views.
