This coupierte Rundloipe is less for beginners, but rather for those who would like to cross-country ski on a more demanding trail and enjoy a wonderful view of the snow-covered mountains around Flims.

The Rens cross-country ski trail is the first to lead from the Flims cross-country skiing centre to the snow-covered meadows of Rens. Here the trail winds its way around hills and bushes. Soon a rapid descent follows, from which the trail continues uphill again and back to the Flims cross-country skiing centre. The heart of a cross-country skier beats faster in the truest sense of the word.
Although the cross-country trail is coupiert and requires the full attention, it is worthwhile to look around, as the view to the many different mountain peaks is worthwhile all the time. A good workout for the heart!
This trail starts at the Flims cross-country skiing centre in the direction of Rens. From Rens it goes downhill and uphill to the cross-country centre in Flims.
