The Rens cross-country ski trail is the first to lead from the Flims cross-country skiing centre to the snow-covered meadows of Rens. Here the trail winds its way around hills and bushes. Soon a rapid descent follows, from which the trail continues uphill again and back to the Flims cross-country skiing centre. The heart of a cross-country skier beats faster in the truest sense of the word.
Author’s recommendation
Although the cross-country trail is coupiert and requires the full attention, it is worthwhile to look around, as the view to the many different mountain peaks is worthwhile all the time. A good workout for the heart!

Getting there
Directions from ChurMotorway direction Chur, drive past Chur, then motorway exit direction Ilanz / Flims / Disentis. After Trin-Mulin take the exit Flims. Drive through the whole village, at the end of Flims on the left side you will see the turn-off to the camping / sports centre (down on the left).
