Hochmoor
Im Zuge der umfangreichen Renaturierung ist im Gebiet Riedboden auf Brambrüesch ein bemerkenswertes Biotop entstanden. Dort, wo schon früher ein Moor viele Amphibien, Tiere und Pflanzen beherbergt hat, bietet jetzt wieder ein Flachmoor vielen Arten eine neue Heimat und die Natur erhält mehr Lebensraum zurück. Zugänglich gemacht wurde es nun mit einem attraktiven Moorparcours mit Steg, welcher Mitte Juni 2018 eröffnet wurde. Damit hat der Churer Hausberg einen neuen, naturnahen Anziehungspunkt auch in touristischer Hinsicht bekommen, denn das Gebiet erscheint optisch nun mehr als Parklandschaft. Der Parcours dient auch zur Wissensvermittlung in Form von Führungen und Schulungen, unter anderem mit einer Forschertasche speziell für Kinder.
Geführte Exkursionen Chur Tourismus bietet an verschiedenen Daten öffentliche Exkusionen an, bei welchen Sie mehr über Brambrüesch und dessen Entwicklung vom Landwirtschafts- zum Tourismusgebiet erfahren.
Moor mit der Moortasche auf eigene Faust entdecken Mit der Moortasche entdecken Sie die Wunderwelt Moorlandschaft mit spannenden Spielen und Experimenten. Sie erforschen die Tier- und Pflanzenwelt im und ums Moor, finden auf eigene Faust heraus wieso das Leben im Moor nicht einfach ist und lernen das Gebiet mit allen Sinnen kennen.
