The beautiful modern 3 ½ room flat is located in a comfortable apartment house built in 2011 at 1'500 m.a.s.l. in Parpan, 5 km from Lenzerheide. In winter, with good snow conditions, the access with the skis is possible up to the house. The cross-country ski trail is in the immediate vicinity. The nearest ski lift is only a 5-minute walk away. From there you can reach the chairlift "Heimberg", feeder to the skiing area Rothorn. If you want to go to the village, it is best to take the free bus, whose nearest stop is only 200 m from the house.

Getting there
The apartment building is located at Mülistrasse 9 in Parpan. Coming from Chur, turn into Mülistrasse. After approx. 230 metres you will find the house on the left-hand side. Address: Mülistrasse 9, 7076 Parpan. Please let us know your approximate arrival time when making your reservation or at least 24 hours before arrival. We will welcome you on site.
