Art gallery and bistro - a meeting place where art and cuisine meet.
Coltura appears as an idyllic, rural village. If you wander through one narrow street or another here, and pass one stone garden wall or another, you will eventually find yourself in front of the Bistro d'Arte La Stala. The old stable has been carefully renovated and now serves as an art space and, in summer, as a high-quality catering facility. Works by Bruno Ritter, an artist who made his home in Bergell, are on display. A lot of home-made food is on offer.
Apéritifs and menus for 20 to 30 people can be prepared by reservation.
